How many subscriptions do you need?
SituationHub® is designed to work on a hub-and-spoke model. Your home office is your hub. You want all information to flow from your remote, or “spoke” locations, to your hub.
When a remote location has a developing situation:
- They launch the SituationHub® app and answer specific questions about the situation.
- Then they click the Alert Team button, which sends an alert message to crisis managers at the remote location, as well as at the “hub”, or home office.
- Everyone gets immediate situational awareness in an online SituationRoom.
- In the SituationRoom, you’ll see your ready-to-use statement.
By design, you do not want an alert going to each of your remote locations and distracting teams from their daily responsibilities. Hence, you want one subscription for your home office, plus one subscription for each remote location.
