What if my company has multiple locations?

If your company has multiple locations, SituationHub is designed to work on a hub-and-spoke model.

For example, if your home office or headquarters is based in Houston, that location is designated as your “Hub” location. Now, let us suppose you have facilities in California, New York, and Florida.

If an event happens in New York, your team at that location would log into their SituationHub account. They would answer questions about their event. When their statement is completed, the New York user would click the Alert Team button.

Immediately a text message and email would be sent to key decision makers at the New York location (the spoke location) as well as key decision makers at the Houston hub. California and Florida would not get an alert.

When purchasing a subscription, such a company would purchase an Enterprise subscription for their company and three sub-subscriptions for the spoke locations.

If a company only has one location, then they would purchase only a single subscrition.

How much does SituationHub cost?

The price for a SituationHub subscription varies based on the type of business using the software.

Essentially small companies pay a price commensurate with their revenue, number of employees, and number of customers. Likewise, a multi-national corporation with a large number of locations and a large number of employees will pay a subscription price commensurate with their business operations.

For example, SituationHub is used by many rural electric cooperatives. These small electric distribution companies often serve only a single rural county with only 5,000 to 10,000 customers. Their subscription is among our lowest costs. Conversely, a multi-state investor-owned utility with thousands of employees and ten million customers would pay a higher subscription price.
